Ingredients to make Sweet and Sour Pork Recipe

3 1/2 pounds cut up pork or riblets
salt
2 eggs
2/3 cup flour
2 tablespoons soya sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 cup water
1/2 bottle ketchup
corn starch

Directions to make Sweet and Sour Pork Recipe

Step 1:

Sprinkle salt over the pork. Beat the eggs, flour and soya sauce

Step 2:

Coat meat with batter and deep fry until deep brown.

Step 3:

In a sauce pan bring the brown sugar, vinegar, water, and ketchup to a boil.

Step 4:

Thicken with corn starch. Add fried meat and simmer until meat is tender

Step 5:

This pork recipe serves 4 to 5.
